Rookies Summer Session 1 July 13, 2017

Do you have a beginner who's not sure what instrument they want to play? Rookies is designed for beginners, ages 7-10 years old, as an introduction to several music instruments. In Rookies, students get the opportunity to try and learn multiple instruments, including Guitar, Bass, Piano/Keys, Drums, and even Vocals! In addition, they will learn different aspects of music theory through fun & engaging group activities and games. The Rookies Summer Session is a 4 week program, where students will come twice a week, for 2 hours at at time. There is no practice required, so students do not need to own an instrument, we have all the music supplies here at the school. By the end of the 4 week session, students will have a basic understanding of the 4 basic rock instruments, and vocals, and will have built a strong foundation to be well prepared to start their musical journey on their instrument of choice!
